Meet Rachel
Rachel is the most recent addition to our reception team, having joined in September 2023. She takes pride in warmly welcoming and offering exceptional care to our patients and visitors. With her previous receptionist experience and a background in childcare, Rachel brings a wealth of expertise in customer-facing roles, excelling in building meaningful relationships and creating a sense of safety and security.

Being a receptionist is a wonderful opportunity to make a positive impact on others. I love the opportunity to connect with people and make sure they’re treated with care and compassion. I’m a natural problem solver and enjoy finding and implementing solutions to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. I’m really excited to be part of the Manchester Fertility team.
