Kelly is our New Patient Manager, she has worked with Manchester Fertility Clinic now for the past 4 years in varying different roles.

Her experience has helped her gain an in-depth understanding of the fertility journey a new patient faces. With a customer service background, Kelly helps to ensure all aspects of clinic support run seamless and efficient.

I feel very privileged to be able to share it and help them fulfil their dreams. I appreciate that being able to choose the correct clinic for your treatment can be deemed as such as stressful and daunting task for some; however, our job is to offer the guidance and support which every patient deserves as they embark upon their life-changing journey.”
