Eva Shelmerdine
Eva joined Manchester Fertility in January 2023 as a specialist Embryology Practitioner/Reproductive Technologist. She’s recently undertaken the Scientist Training Programme, a 3-year NHS-funded programme which involves work-based training and an MSc in Clinical Science. Over the next few years, Eva will enhance her skills and knowledge by collaborating closely with our specialist team, working towards becoming an Embryologist.
Eva graduated with an MSc in Developmental Biology from the University of Manchester in 2021, after which she spent a year working for Brighton Fertility Associates in Hove on the Sussex Coast.
Eva says:
Working in this field and playing a part in a patient’s journey towards completing their family is a huge privilege. I feel incredibly lucky to be part of the Scientist Training Programme - being able to undertake it in such a cutting-edge facility is truly a dream come true.
