Before joining our team, Jennifer managed private medical clinics in Manchester and Liverpool. Her role at Manchester Fertility is to manage the egg donor, relationships and surrogacy teams to ensure a smooth and supported pathway for egg donors, patients looking to use donor eggs in treatment, and intended parents choosing surrogacy as their path to parenthood.
Jennifer’s educational background has seen her achieve a BA (Hons) in Childhood Studies and a postgraduate qualification in Early Years Practitioner Status, which she utilised in a nursery setting working her way up to management. She always had a strong interest in healthcare, and her role as Egg Donor, Relationships, & Surrogacy Manager allows her the opportunity to continue making a meaningful impact on people’s lives.
Combining her experience in early years care and managing clinics to work in fertility care allows Jennifer to be part of an incredibly meaningful process and provides an environment where she can offer both practical and emotional support to those seeking treatment.
Having personally gone through IVF, I bring a deeper level of empathy and understanding to the role. I’ve experienced the emotional and physical aspects of fertility treatment, which allows me to relate to patients and provide support from a place of genuine understanding. Helping individuals and couples navigate one of the most important journeys they’ll ever undertake is truly rewarding to me.
