Lauren joined Manchester Fertility in August 2021 as the Complaints Officer / PA to the directors.
Lauren has previously worked in a GP’s office as part of the admin staff while studying for her degree in Design and Art Direction. Later in her career, Lauren worked for the General Medical Council, investigating any complaints.

She says: "Although I haven’t been here long, I already feel satisfaction knowing that the work everyone is doing here is creating little miracles. I hope to help make the patient’s journey as smooth as possible, so they have the best experience."
