Emily joined the In-Patient Team at Manchester Fertility in March 2022 as a Patient Advisor. With a strong foundation in customer service, Emily brings a wealth of experience and a compassionate approach to supporting patients through their fertility journey.

Prior to joining Manchester Fertility, Emily worked as a Health Care Assistant in an antenatal and maternity ward, where her passion for patient care grew. Working closely with expectant mothers and their families, Emily developed her ability to offer both emotional and practical support in sensitive situations.

In her current role as Patient Advisor, Emily continues to build strong relationships with patients, guiding them through their fertility treatments and ensuring they have a seamless and supportive experience with the clinic.
