As Operations Coordinator at Manchester Fertility, Sofena’s role is to support our Head of Operations in keeping consistently high standards of care and improving patient experience for everyone who steps through our doors.

Sofena has a strong background in healthcare operations and over 15 years of experience in customer care, this unique skill set provides her the opportunity to enhance patient care while improving operational efficiency. In her previous role, she started as a receptionist/clinic coordinator and progressed to Administrative Team Lead, overseeing both NHS and private patient pathways to ensure efficient operations.

At our clinic, Sofena works closely with our teams to optimise capacity, improve scheduling, and leverage technology to enhance the patient experience. This fulfilling role allows her to directly impact both the quality of care provided and the overall patient experience.
