A proud member of the Manchester Fertility team since 2017, Amy is the Treatment Support and Nursing Quality Lead. In this role, Amy supports patients throughout their treatment journey, while working closely with the nursing team to maintain consistently high standards of quality and patient care.

Amy is passionate about creating a positive and seamless patient experience, and is committed to ensuring that every patient feels informed, supported and listened to throughout their treatment.

Alongside their patient-facing role, Amy contributes to quality improvement initiatives, audits and the development of processes, helping to drive continuous improvements in the care and support provided to patients.
