Jemma Bayliss - Trainee Clinical Andrologist

Jemma Bayliss

Trainee Clinical Andrologist

Meet Jemma

Jemma has recently started the position of Trainee Clinical Andrologist here at Manchester Fertility.

Having previously spent time as a Reproductive Technologist at Semovo sperm bank, she brings with her experience in male reproductive health relating to sperm, which is a fantastic background on which to start her position with our Andrology team.

Jemma has a BSc in Biology and an MSc in Reproductive Technology from the University of Nottingham and is continuing her studies to further advance in her new role. She is currently a part of the Scientist Training Programme, a 3-year NHS-funded programme which involves work-based training and an MSc in Clinical Science.

As a Trainee Clinical Andrologist, Jemma joins our highly experienced team, learning how to diagnose, treat, and manage various medical conditions and issues related to the male reproductive system.

Jemma says

I am thrilled to be part of the team at Manchester Fertility and a student in the Scientist Training Programme. Learning from an exceptional team in a specialised clinic is a genuine privilege, and working towards becoming an andrologist is a dream come true.
