I have worked in several customer service and administration roles before working at Manchester Fertility. However, this role is far more rewarding, being part of a great team that helps patients through their fertility journey and helps them achieve their dreams.

I enjoy getting to help out with all departments, so no day is ever the same. I get to see what goes on at every part of the patient journey, and it’s not just an admin job – it is far more than that. I help to ensure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes so that our patients are supported in every way possible.
