Hannah joined the Manchester Fertility team in June 2024. With a background in customer service, Hannah is experienced in ensuring customers have the best possible experience.
Hannah's academic journey in Health and Social care and Psychology, coupled with her passion for supporting people, has paved the way for her career in the healthcare field. Her role as a Patient Advisor at Manchester Fertility is a testament to her commitment to patient care and support.
As a Patient Advisor within the In-Patient team, Hannah supports patients through their fertility journey. She helps organise appointments, answers patient’s questions, and ensures patients fully understand every part of their journey.
Hannah has a personal connection to the fertility treatment process, watching her close family go through their own fertility journey, giving her a unique perspective of the support patients need when going through their treatment.
