Francesca joined Manchester Fertility in February 2021 as a New Patient Coordinator. Francesca previously worked for a leading optician company for Twelve years, with eight of those being in a managerial role.

As a New Patient Coordinator, Francesca provides outstanding patient satisfaction and supports our patients with any information they may need to start their fertility journey with us.

Francesca says: When this job opportunity arrived, I had recently had my little girl, and it really appealed to me as I love the idea of being part of making a couple's dream come true as mine did. I really enjoy having in-depth conversations with patients to explain what their journey may look like.
