Olivia is a dedicated member of our friendly New Patient Team, bringing a wealth of experience from across the healthcare sector.
Her career began six years ago as a Pharmacy Assistant apprentice, where she developed a strong foundation in patient care. Since then, Olivia has worked in a variety of healthcare settings, including a hair transplant clinic, where she supported patients through transformative treatments. This experience resonates deeply with her work at Manchester Fertility, where she helps patients at the start of their fertility journey.
In her role, Olivia is often the first friendly voice our patients hear. She handles new enquiries, provides information, reviews medical histories, and helps patients book their consultations and appointments. Known for her approachable and compassionate nature, Olivia ensures every patient feels informed, supported and cared for from the very first step.
