Nicola started her healthcare career as a pharmacy technician, and after 15 years in that role, she moved into private healthcare. Her roles in private healthcare have seen her guide patients through multiple procedures, including laser eye surgery and cosmetic surgeries, helping them understand their journey and chaperoning surgical appointment procedures. Passionate about studying health and wellbeing, Nicola has achieved a BTEC in pharmaceutical science, an NVQ 1,2 and 3 in Beauty therapy and is a qualified aesthetics practitioner.

In her role as Patient Advisor at Manchester Fertility, Nicola will be supporting and guiding patients through their journey. Every patient at our clinic is assigned a Patient Advisor to act as a first point of contact for any questions or concerns they may have during their treatment. With her vast experience in the health sector, Nicola is perfectly placed to help make the fertility journey as smooth as possible for every patient who comes through our door.
