Khoshi graduated in 1999 with a BA (Hons) degree in English Language and Literature. After graduating, she volunteered with the United Nations World Health Organisation (WHO) and later worked in a variety of administrative roles with the United Nations Habitat organisation. She gained extensive experience in administration and customer support through working with different organisations.
Throughout her career, she continued working in similar administrative and customer service roles across various corporate sectors, including education, logistics, retail, and healthcare. By this time, patient care had become her primary focus and was very close to her heart.
Khoshi has joined Manchester Fertility as a weekend receptionist, a role that allows her to leverage her strong patient care skills. She strongly believes that every patient should be listened to with empathy to understand their needs and build the collaborative mutual trust that will enhance their positive experience.
“I am very pleased to join Manchester Fertility, where patient care is at the heart of everything we do, and I am very proud to be part of that team that delivers this exceptional care.”
