I was sterilised 10 years ago whilst having a c section with my fourth child (2nd c section). Would it be possible to have IVF?

Hi there please can you advise us. I'm 31 years old a recent laproscopy showed adhesions that have plastered my tubes on top of my ovaries therefore preventing egg capture. I have an 11yr old from previous relationship that resulted in emcs. My consultant has reccommended a laparotomy to remove these adhesions. Is there a good success rate with this surgery? Will I be able to concieve naturally? I have clear tubes and regular cycles.

I had Pelvic Inflammatory Disease approx 10 yrs ago and I'm now trying to get pregnant. Do you offer the HSG test to check my fallopian tubes have not been damaged by scar tissue? Thank you, Helena (35yrs).

Hi please can you help me, I've been trying for 3yrs. Sperm test ok, hsg and ultrasound clear, my recent lap my doctor was unable to give me any treatment due to the severity of adhesions (I think from my emcs 11yrs ago). My doctor said my tubes are clear but my ovaries and tubes are in the wrong place. I'll be having surgery soon to fix this. What is the name of this surgery (I know he is going in through my cs scar)? Is it likely I will concieve after this big operation? Please help, I'm so confused. Thanks

I have recently been diagnosed with a polypited uterine and have undergone a hysteroscopy, polypectomy and biopsy to remove some of the larger masses however the smaller polyps still remain and my consultant voiced some concerns regarding my uterine lining. Is there anything that you would recommend that may assist with correcting the lining of my uterus. Or should we start considering surrogacy?
