Questions about Clomid

I am 28 years old, married for three years and I had a miscarriage after two months of my marriage. I tried Clomid 50mg after two months of my abortion for five days and I became pregnant. I gave birth to my daughter and after one year I tried Clomid again but with 100mg for three days and I also became pregnant. The problem is that my last pregnancy was an ectopic entered surgery without removing the tube. After three monthsI became pregnant without any medications. Now, I am about to deliver. I have several questions... First, does Clomic cause ectopic pregnancy? Second, I know that Clomid can cause cancer but how about my case? Am I at risk? Finally, how long does Clomid last in the body? Did my recent pregnancy happen as a result of taking Clomid?

Low-quality embryos and poor fertilisation rate

My husband and I recently completed an unsuccessful cycle of ICSi, our first. We were told our icsi was 'difficult' and that the fertilisation rate (4 out of 11 mature eggs) was poor. Subsequently we had a three day transfer of two poor quality embryos (6 and 7 cell with quite a bit of fragmentation). We were told at transfer that if it failed and we wanted to try again that my husband who has severe oligoasthenoteratozoospermia would have to have genetic chromosome testing because that might be responsible for the poor outcome. I am 34, he is 45. I responded well to stimulation. I've been given the impression this might never work for us - a nurse said miscarriage could occur even if I did get pregnant. I'm naturally very upset. Please can you give us any advice? If there turned out to be genetic problems, is there no chance for us?

PCOS

I wanted to know if there is a link between PCOS and Austism/Aspergers in a unborn child. Is there a higher chance of conceiving a baby with Austism in women suffering with PCOS because of the insulin resistance and excess production of male horomones?

Investigations!

Hi, this is a bit long winded but, I had a molar pregnancy 20 yrs ago when I was 15, then 5 yrs after that I had an ectopic pregnancy and had my right tube removed, then another three years after that another ectopic in other tube that was also removed. After the second one I was told these was due to clymida! I have no tubes at all so told IVF is the only way of conceiving. We have now had four IVF cycles which have failed! But two of those cycles I donated eggs and the recipients fell pregnant! Could there be any other problems I could have that could be causing treatment to fail for me?
