I am 31 and have had 4 non-complicated c-sections, the 1st May 2002 and the last being May 2011 and was sterlilised Nov 2011 as I thought at the time it was what I wanted, me & my husband would now like to add to our family. Would this be possible through IVF?

After four caesarean sections the risk of pregnancy complications is significant. You should talk to you Consultant Obstetrician first about this risk before considering any form of IVF treatment.
