Hi, I am 32 years of age and have been sterilised for nearly 12 years. Is IVF treatment my best option?

Hi, I have been told that I have polycystic ovaries (although I do not have PCOS). I had an ectopic pregnancy in 2008 (age 36) and then the tube was removed, I went on to have 2 missed miscarriages (natural conception) at approx 6 weeks (aged 36 & 38). Following the first miscarriage I had 4 lots of IVF (not at MFS), 1 fresh cycle (abandoned due to moderate OHSS), 1 stimulated frozen, 1 natural frozen and another fresh, non resulted in a pregnancy. No one has ever mentioned the link between polycystic ovaries and miscarriage to me. Do you think there may be a link in my case? If so, is there a 'best way' forward? I'm 39yrs old and considering egg donation.

I have low AMH 1.82. Please can you advise if IVF would be a possibility and if so, what are my chances of conceiving? Thanks in advance.

I have been plagued by Acne all my adult life, physically have the appearance of someone with PCOS but all tests have ruled it out (and no PCO reactions during IVF). I also have long cycles and do not always ovulate. During a recent frozen egg transfer cycle I was put on HRT and my acne cleared up! I am presuming that this may indicate that I have low/poor oestrogen levels. Could low oestrogen levels cause acne/excessive hair growth and no ovulation? If so, is there a simple way of boosting oestrogen?

I have had tubal ligation and now with a new partner. I will be 40 in a couple of months. Can I have IVF?

I have stage 4 endometriosis, is there any history of IVF success with patients who have this condition?

I have polycystic ovaries. One IVF treatment ended in 23weeks miscarriage in 2008. Then three more unsuccesful IVF without conception. I am 32 . Should I opt for another IVF?

Would clomid affect the results of an AMH test?
