I have polycystic ovaries. One IVF treatment ended in 23weeks miscarriage in 2008. Then three more unsuccesful IVF without conception. I am 32 . Should I opt for another IVF?

The decision to try IVF for another cycle would depend on what has happened in your previous cycles. You are still young at 32 and have conceived once, although unfortunately this ended in a miscarriage. I would recommend a consultation with a fertility expert along with copies of your previous treatment and they would be able to help you make a decision about further IVF treatment.
