Vasectomy Reversal

My husband had a vasectomy reversal last year. Unfortunately after a recent semen analysis there is no sperm present. I'm a 31 year old and am healthy with a 5 year old concieved with my husband. What procedure would be right for us to assist with conceiving?

It is possible to obtain sperm by surgical methods.  In men who have undergone a vasectomy it is very likely that the operation will be a success. At Manchester Fertility the sperm retrieved is frozen and is used in an IVF and ICSI cycle.  You can find more information about Surgical Sperm Retrieval on our website or by calling our Patient Advisors.
