I have just had my eggs collected and 4 have fertilised out of 7. However, I've been told that 2 of the fertilised eggs are slightly oval in shape - what is the significance of this and does this mean that they have less chance of developing?

I am 27 years old and I have had three recurrent miscarriages within the space of three years. The first in 2011 at 7 weeks, the second in 2013 at 6 weeks and then the third in May 2014 at 11 weeks but baby stopped growing at 10 weeks. I am now waiting for blood tests to see why this keeps happening. The baby and placenta was healthy and normal so nothing wrong there. I am very worried that I will never be a mother and it has taken me to have three miscarriages for my GP to take this seriously and test me.

Is the Fertility MOT something that will be able to give me anymore answers than my GP once I receive the blood test results back?

I am fertile and my husband has low sperm count and low mobility. What would be my suggested treatment next? Will IUI still work for us?

I had an undescended testicle when born but had operation at 3-4 years old to normalise. Due to a lot of athletics at 13-16, I was very small and delayed puberty occurred. I had a number of injections (HGH I think) and this kickstarted puberty and I grew etc at 18. However, fertility always concerned me. My name is Busisiwe. I am 37 years old and from South Africa. I have been classified as a Secondary Infertility and we are a Serodiscordant couple. I was diagnosed in 2002, I conceived naturally in 2004 and took ARVs for mother-to-child prevention.

My boy is healthy and negative and I've never been on any ARV treatment since the birth of my son. My CD4 count has been consistently between 600 and 800 over the years. I have been actively trying to conceive for the past five years.
