With over 35 years of experience, we have built a compassionate, knowledgeable team of experts to support you every step of the way.
How our dedicated team support you
During your fertility journey with us, you will be looked after by our friendly supportive patient team. The team includes our Patient Services Manager Rihannah, our reassuring, experienced patient advisors and assistants, and our welcoming receptionists. Our patient team is here to guide and support you throughout.
Rihannah Leech-Ratchford - Patient Services Manager
As our Patient Services Manager, Rihannah ensures every patient receives the best possible care throughout their fertility journey. With a positive and empathic approach and many years of managing teams, Rihannah understands the importance of making patients feel comfortable, supported and fully informed at every stage.
“We are here to do everything we can to support and reassure you with exceptional care. We are a phone call away to answer any questions or concerns you have during your fertility treatment.”
Our welcoming, friendly receptionists
From the moment you step into our clinic, you will meet one of our friendly faces on reception, Georgina, Amanda and Charlotte, who are here to welcome and make you feel comfortable and put you at ease before your appointments.
Georgina says: “We are here to make you feel as comfortable as possible. Always on hand to provide support and a friendly welcome, so your experience begins with you feeling stress-free and relaxed. It’s so rewarding to be part of your journey, even in a small way.”
Our patient advisors
Once you have decided to start your journey with us, our Patient Advisors are here from the very beginning to help organise your treatment, including your first consultation with one of our fertility specialists. As well as ensuring your treatment is running seamlessly at every stage.
Our patient advisors are experienced and knowledgeable, combined with genuine care and compassion for all our patients. They have an excellent understanding of the IVF process and all our treatments, so they can ensure you are fully informed and answer any questions you may have along the way.
They are also here to offer a listening ear to ensure your time with us is as stress-free as possible and help with any concerns you may have, or are here if you just want to chat to a friendly face.
Our team is available by phone, email and our mobile app, which allows you to receive support, ask any questions, schedule appointment reminders and access documents or information.
Olivia, our Senior Patient Advisor says: “Dealing with patients daily and making sure that they are supported during their treatment makes me feel like I have been a part of their journey right from the beginning. I love knowing that I have made an impact in a patient's treatment by really guiding and supporting them through it.”
Hanna says: I enjoy being there, building relationships with our patients, and offering them extra support as they go through such a personal journey.

Join our facebook support group
At Manchester Fertility, we pride ourselves on providing personal care and support throughout your journey in many ways. From our dedicated expert teams and counselling sessions to our Facebook support group.
Many of our patients feel our Facebook Support Group is invaluable during their experience; it allows you to connect with other patients who may be experiencing a similar journey as you.
The group provides online support, reassurance and advice and allows you to ask questions and share tips with other Manchester Fertility patients. Our support group is a safe space to talk to other patients who understand.
Our Facebook Fertility Support Group is run by our Senior Patient Advisor Hayley, who has many years’ experience of understanding and empathy for patients who may be feeling mixed emotions during their fertility treatment.
Hayley says: “I understand the importance of a providing a strong support network when patients feel excited but nervous too about starting their treatment. We are here to provide the care, compassion and support at this time. We’re always welcoming many patients to our Facebook group, and it’s great to see patients asking for advice and sharing their experiences. “
