IVF following miscarriage

I have had three ICSI treatments on the NHS, the last of which was successful in July. Unfortunately I have just suffered a miscarriage at 6+5. I have heard that treatment soon after the miscarriage can be more successful as the body has been pregnant recently. Is this the case or should I wait for my body to recover?

Firstly, I would like to say how sorry I am that your cycle ended in a miscarriage. However, I would suggest a short break of a couple of months before embarking on another cycle.  Most couples find the process of IVF physically and emotionally demanding and it is wise especially after the disappointment you have had to wait before starting again.
