Single and interested in sperm donation

I have suffered with endometriosis and have a unicornuate uterus. I have had excision surgery and only have the one ovary. This has prevented a relationship and I am now looking at sperm donation as I will be 34 this year and time is running out. I desperately want a baby of my own. I looked at the cost of donor sperm insemination and I am wondering if this is for just one try or several?

You could have IUI with donor sperm but due to your history it would be advisable to check if your tubes are patent before embarking on treatment. The cost of IUI(D) quoted on the website is for one insemination and it is usual to have more than one cycle.
