49 and having another child

I am 49 years old, still menstruating and my husband is 56 years old. We had three adult kids, 26, 25 n 18 conceived n delivered normally. Now we are looking at having our 4th child, isit possible? Any health risk?

I am sorry to say that your chance of conceiving naturally with your own eggs at the age of 49 is very low.  At Manchester Fertility we have not any live births from fertility treatment in patients over the age of 44.  The problem lies with the quality of the eggs.  You could pursue treatment with donated eggs but we do not treat women over the age of 50.
