Trying for three years...

Hi there, we have been trying for 3yrs, hsg clear, ultrasound fine, bloods fine, sperm fine, regular periods and ovulation. As I had an emergency section years ago my gyne is giving me a laproscopy. I'm not eligable for IVF, could my lap result in pregnancy? Regards

The laparoscopy will help to identify if there are any pelvic adhesions which are affecting your chances of conceiving.  It is possible to conceive soon after your tubes have been flushed by the laparoscopy procedure and if all is found to be normal from the operation then it is worth trying to conceive immediately.  If the results show that your tubes are not patent then you would need to consider IVF.
