Are there any treatments that can be used to prevent the negative effects of endometriosis on outcomes to IVF treatment? I've seen a couple of articles about low dose aspirin and wonder what the current evidence/your opinion is on using this to improve success rates?

In cases of severe endometriosis the surgical removal of the endometriotic tissue may improve IVF success. However, there is no evidence that this is effective in mild or moderate cases. Low dose aspirin is prescribed when there is a history of miscarriage and is given on the day of embryo replacement until the 12th week of pregnancy.
