Hello Brian, could you please tell me if it's possible for me and my partner to recieve treatment and what nature of treatment this would be to start a family, as both concerned parties have been sterilised?

If you and your partner have both been sterilised there are various ways to have a family. You could both attempt to have your sterilisation reversed. Another possibility is for you to have IVF treatment and the sperm can be retrieved surgically.
