Progesterone Test
Hi there,
I'm not sure if I'm ovulating or not - I have heard of Day 21 Progesterone test but wanted to check whether it should always be on day 21, even if you don't have a 28 day cycle? Or should it be 7 days before your next period? If you have irregular cycles then what's the best thing to do?

I would advise you to use a home ovulation prediction kit and make careful records of the dates of your periods. You should have the test for ovulation 7 days after ovulation.
