Please note that all the answers we give are on a generic basis only, as we cannot provide more in-depth answers without access to your medical history. If you need a more detailed response, tailored to you, we would recommend a consultation with one of our Fertility Specialists for more comprehensive medical advice.

To try to conceive with your own eggs and sperm you would need to have IVF and surgical sperm retrieval.  The success rate depends on your age and the number of eggs remaining in your ovary along with the quality of your partner's sperm.  One of our Fertility Doctors would be able to give you individualised advice as to your success rate.
