41 with low ovarian reserve

I am 41,with low ovarian reserve. What are chances for success iui with my own egg? I had one follicle of 30mm on the last iui ,maybe is a cyst,but they triggered me. What can I expect?

To give you appropriate advice I woud need to know how the "low ovarian reserve" has been diagnosed.  It could be AMH and antral follicle count or FSH level early in your menstrual cycle.  At aged 41 your change of success with IVF is about 10-15% if you have an embryo transferred where as treatment with donor eggs give higher rates of 40-45% by embryo transfer.
