Hi, I have been on steroids for some time in the past and had a sperm count and it did not contain one living sperm. What can I do? I have had a daughter seven years ago. Thanks.

It is well known that steroids can have a detrimental effect on sperm production. It is advisable to leave at least six months interval before having a semen analysis after stopping steroid treatment. I would suggest that you see a Consultant Urologist/Andrologist for a hormone and physical assessment. They would be able to give you advice on your medication, if it could be altered and the chance of your sperm production returning to normal.
