Low sperm count?
I have a low sperm count 5% motility. My wife is fine but 40 year old. What, if anything, can we do?

ICSI (Intracytoplasmic sperm injection) would be the most appropriate treatment for you. However, it is important to bear in mind that female age will affect the chance of success. In a patient aged 40 you would expect at pregnancy rate of around 10% for a cycle of ICSI.
