Weight, smoking, alcohol intake and stress can all affect fertility. If you are trying for a baby, it’s sensible to make sure you’re both in the best of health. See your GP or local family planning centre for advice on lifestyle changes you can make to improve your chances of conceiving. At Manchester Fertility we also offer a comprehensive fertility testing service, our ‘Fertility MOT’ which will tell you how fertile you are. For more information, visit our Treatmentspage.
