Please note that all the answers we give are on a generic basis only, as we cannot provide more in-depth answers without access to your medical history. If you need a more detailed response, tailored to you, we would recommend a consultation with one of our Fertility Specialists for more comprehensive medical advice.
It is difficult to advise you without more details of your medical history. A low egg count and low sperm count can be treated using IVF and ICSI. We have special protocols for patients with low egg reserve and the ICSI technique will aid fertilisation of the egg with the sperm. At 37 years old if you have an embryo transferred you have a good chance of conceiving. I would suggest you have an appointment with one of our Doctors and they will discuss your options with you.
