Izabelle Flint
Izabelle is an Embryology Practitioner at Manchester Fertility, bringing a strong background in laboratory science and patient-focused fertility care.
Izabelle completed her BSc (Hons) in Biomedical Science in 2024, followed by an MSc in Clinical Embryology with Distinction in 2025, both at Liverpool John Moores University.
Before joining the team, Izabelle gained valuable experience working as a Medical Laboratory Assistant in an NHS Histopathology laboratory, as well as a Patient Services Executive while completing her university studies. These roles provided her with an insight into both the technical and patient-facing aspects of healthcare.
In her role at Manchester Fertility, Izabelle supports the embryology team with a range of responsibilities, including preparing sperm samples, preparing dishes and media for eggs and embryos, and assisting with the smooth running of day-to-day procedures.
Izabelle says:
