Georgia joined the Manchester Fertility team in 2025 as our Data Analyst and Laboratory Operational Co-ordinator. Georgia’s role at Manchester Fertility allows her to pursue her interest in fertility data presentation and analysing both business and clinical trends. By monitoring performance and identifying trends, she supports evidence-based decision making and helps ensure the highest standards of patient care are delivered.
Her key responsibilities include analysing and presenting clinic success rates to drive improvement, ensuring data available to patients during their fertility journey is accurate and up-to-date, and assisting the laboratory team with the import and export of patients’ eggs, sperm, and embryos.
Before she started at Manchester Fertility, Georgia worked at the Human Fertilisation and Embryology Authority (HFEA; who regulate fertility treatments carried out in the UK), as a Research Officer in the Research and Intelligence team. There, Georgia developed her data analysis skills while analysing and reporting on national fertility treatment statistics, patient experience, and regulatory information such as fertility clinic inspection findings. Georgia studied at the University of Sheffield for her BSc in Biomedical Science, and her MSc in Reproductive and Developmental Medicine.
“Being able to explain key trends and simplify detailed data is something I find very interesting. I especially look forward to helping patients better understand our data, as it can be really valuable when making decisions about their treatment.”
