Q: Hi I am due to start treatment for ICSI on day 21 of my period we have had unprotected sex. Is it possible to concieve naturally during this time?

A: In the cycle before you start the injections on Day 21, it is possible to conceive and if you did conceive you would not have a period on day 28 and the injections will not harm the pregnancy.
