50 and wanting to get pregnant

I will be 51 in January. I had four healthy pregnancies in my 20s. I had my tubes tied after my last child was born. Was in a 21 year marriage and now in a relationship with a man who has no children. He is okay if we do or if we don't. I would give anything to have another one. What are my options or am I just crazy thinking this way when I have four grown children? They say go for it and see what happens.
