I suffer from vaginasmus and desperately want to start a family. Is there any possible treatment where I can be knocked out to allow the IUI process to work?

To overcome vaginismus, again counselling is a good place to start. Then through medical consultation, often with involvement of nurse support, your problem can be further explored. It is possible to have an insemination under sedation.
