Hi Brian. I have performed two semen tests, both of which had a zero count, and I have been diagnosed with azoospermia. I have now had blood tests performed. What are the possible treatments post blood tests, and is it still possible that I will father my own child?

The only way forward is to attempt surgical sperm retrieval. I would suggest you see an Urologist with a special interest in male factor infertility and depending on your medical history and your hormone levels they will be able to advise you on the chance of successfully retrieving sperm.
