AMH 10.8, FSH 9 just turned 45

If you have a high AMH 10.8 for your age and normal FSH would IUI still be a credible option for fertility treatment?
I got pregnant naturally at 41 and have had 2 early m/c since.

Your AMH suggests that you still have a reasonable number of eggs however 45 the main issue will be their quality.  Pregnancy rates are extremely low over the age of 44.  I would recommned you seek the advice of a Fertility Specialist and if you do go ahead with IVF then consider Preimplantaion Genetic Screening (PGS) to help select normal embryos.
