IVF at 40?

Hi, I'm 40 and I have 5 living children. I've never had a miscarriage, my husband is 27 and his semen analysis was good. I had my tubes clipped, tied and burned. What are my chances of having a successful IVF using my own eggs?

In your situation IVF would be the best treatment to help you achieve a pregnancy with your new husband. I would advise you to have your ovarian reserve checked which can be done by a simple blood test and your doctor should be able to give you an indication of your chance of success with IVF.
