A: Yes you can conceive naturally at age 47 but it is quite rare. 

In our experience, with patients undergoing fertility treatment, the chance of having a live birth is extremely rare after the age of 44 using their own eggs.  If donor eggs are used the success rate for IVF is approximately 50%.
