Q: I have just turned 44 - I am very healthy,fit,slim & single. My periods stopped about 5 months ago - What is the best possible way of any chance of becoming pregnant? I would do absolutely anything- ASAP -Thanking you so much for your time.

A: Although there is a small chance you could conceive naturally the best way to have a baby is to use donated eggs. As your periods have stopped I would also suggest you have a fertility MOT to establish your ovarian reserve and the Doctor will be able to give you individual advice.
