Q: I’m 29 years old and my husband is 35 years old. He has a low sperm count. I’m low AMH (1.35). Can we conceive naturally?

A: You may be able to conceive naturally. You have a low AMH which means the egg reserve in your ovary is low but at 29 the quality may be good. A low sperm count also decreases the chance of natural conception but it may happen. I would suggest you discuss your results with your Doctor and may want to consider Modified Natural IVF protocols which are recommended for patient like yourself.
