We’re delighted to announce that Dr David Polson is our new Medical Director.
Dr Polson, a Consultant Obstetrician and Gynaecologist, has been part of our team since 1990.
Specialising in ovulatory disorders including Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome (PCOS) and early pregnancy issues including recurrent miscarriage, Dr Polson has global experience in the field of infertility, having worked in Australia under IVF pioneer Professor Carl Wood, at what was then the second biggest fertility unit in the world. He also spent time working at Salford Royal as consultant.
As the new Medical Director of Manchester Fertility, Dr Polson will help extend our expertise, specialist care and technology to people who receive NHS funding, whilst maintaining the consistent success rates and personalised, specialist care we are known for.
