Manchester Fertility is the first fertility clinic in the UK joining a worldwide initiative to educate women about their fertility, about why it declines and treatment options to help preserve it.

European-based FlowerKid has chosen to partner with us to launch its campaign in the UK, helping to ensure women are more aware about their fertility rate and how social egg-freezing can help if you aren’t ready to have a family yet but want to have the option in future.

We were selected as one of FlowerKid’s quality global cryopreservation centres thanks to our expertise in fertility preservation. Egg freezing for social reasons is a good option if you haven’t met the right partner yet, or are focusing on other areas in life such as your career.

Success rates from using frozen eggs are increasing all the time, largely thanks to advances in the cryopreservation techniques used such as flash-freezing method we use.

If you wish to help preserve your fertility for the future, age is perhaps the most important factor. If you freeze your eggs in your late 20s or early 30s, they will be of better quality than if you were in your late 30s. So it’s never too early to consider social egg freezing to give you the best chance of success.

We will always be honest with you about whether social egg freezing is a viable option for you, and your likely chances of conceiving in future using your frozen eggs.

See our egg freezing page for more information, or call us on 0161 300 2737 if you’re interested in fertility preservation.
