Going through infertility treatment is often said to be an ‘emotional rollercoaster’ and one of the things which helps our patients through their treatment is the fact that they can talk to any member of our friendly team, anytime, about whatever is concerning them.

You may just need reassurance, a listening ear, to just simply chat to someone who understands what you are going through and how you may be feeling. Our team has been helping people along the road to becoming parents for many years. We are known for our compassion – simply because we all genuinely care about you and your wellbeing at every stage of your journey.

It’s why so many Manchester Fertility patients return to us if they decide to have another child. And we’re always delighted to hear from patients who get in touch just to let us know how they and their family are, days, months and even years after receiving treatment.

One of our nurses Sharon Bannatyne was even nominated for – and came runner up in – the national Clare Rayner Patient’s Choice Awards for going above and beyond in helping a patient through her treatment many years ago.

Something that the lady - who is now a proud mum to a 12-year-old daughter thanks to the expertise of our team - has never forgotten and felt needed recognition.

We are rightly proud of our approachable, ‘open-door’ policy at Manchester Fertility. It’s one of the things that makes us a unique clinic. Our whole focus is always on you, at all times. From our fertility nurses to our expert counsellors, there is always someone here for you. So you’ll never go through infertility alone.

Find out more About Us and our promise to you. Or why not come and see our new clinic? We’d be more than happy to show you around.
